Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted in cases including:

• Product received in a defective condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return unless the issue relates to damage, defect or an incorrect product.

• Photographs of the outer package
• Photographs of the product
• Video, where available
• Description of the issue

This helps us investigate the issue and resolve it faster.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety considerations, including opened or used skincare products where there is no defect or fulfilment error.

Refunds

If your return/refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method, where applicable.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment service provider.

Exchanges
